The International Affairs Office of Al-Zahra University (sa) serves as the official body responsible for developing and managing the university’s educational, research, cultural, promotional, and training relations on a global scale.
This office is dedicated to supporting non-Iranian female students, enhancing their academic and cultural growth, and promoting the values of pure Muhammadan Islam across the world.
The main mission of the International Affairs Office is to build strong connections between Al-Zahra University and international academic and cultural institutions, while empowering educated women to play an active role in global arenas.

About the International Office
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation is responsible for fostering connections and engagement between the organization and international institutions. Its key duties include signing memoranda of understanding with academic and educational centers, coordinating scientific, cultural, and religious collaborations with individuals and institutions abroad, and managing participation in international conferences, seminars, lectures, and exhibitions. The department aims to strengthen global partnerships and enhance the organization’s international presence.
This department aims to enhance the quality of institutional activities through continuous assessment and reporting to relevant authorities. Its main functions include identifying the actual and potential capacities of international students, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, reviewing performance, achievements, and innovations, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The department also focuses on supporting non-Iranian students and strengthening the effectiveness of international programs.
The Department of International Studies and Planning was established to identify the educational, developmental, research, promotional, and cultural needs of students from various regions of the world. It designs and implements appropriate and effective programs aimed at fostering academic growth and cultural development among international students.
